MIPMET: Microbial Physiology and Metabolism Database

MIPMET is a database on MIcrobial Physiology and METabolism. The data is useful for studies on microbe–environment interactions from a metabolic network perspective. Currently, the data on physiology and metabolism for 1859 organisms are available. The data on metabolic networks for 1239 (67%) organisms (including 95 archaea, 1057 bacteria, and 87 eukaryotes) are available in the KEGG (Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes) database.
